Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The state-of-the-art configuration includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet, motor, and pipes. Optional add-ons like crushers, bucket elevators, and feeders are also available to enhance functionality.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher and conveyed by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. From there, a vibrating feeder ensures even and continuous flow into the main unit for grinding. The resultant fine powder is transported by airflow to a classifier for sorting. Particles that meet the fineness criteria are channeled to a cyclone collector via a pipe, where they are separated and collected. They are subsequently discharged as finished products. The airflow system operates as a sealed circulation, meticulously balanced under positive and negative air pressure conditions.
