Our hammer crusher is composed of a sturdy frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The steel plate-welded frame is strategically divided into upper and lower sections. High manganese steel liners within the frame are replaceable, ensuring long-lasting performance. Rotors, featuring turn plates, pin shafts, and routinely grouped hammers, are powered by a motor to rotate swiftly within the crushing cavity. This motion causes hammers to spread outward through centrifugal force, allowing large materials entering the feed inlet to be effectively struck, impacted, and ground to smaller sizes by high-speed hammers.

Once materials are crushed to the desired size, they are screened and exit through the grate bars' gaps. Materials not meeting the standard size remain in the crushing cavity for further processing until they reach the requisite dimensions. Customize the final product size easily by adjusting the grate bars and modifying the gap between rotors and grate bars to meet specific requirements.
