Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill features a meticulously engineered assembly, including a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, large material chunks are skillfully diminished by the hammer crusher into smaller pieces. These are then precisely transported to the storage hopper via an elevator, followed by meticulous distribution to the turn plate's upper distribution plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

Once activated, the electromotor seamlessly powers the main bearing and each dial through a reducer, orchestrating all grinding rollersinto synchronized motion within the ring channels, driven by the dial through plungers. Centrifugal force dynamically propels materials towards the turn plate's edge and into the grinding chamberswhere they undergo continuous pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, transforming them into micro powder.

The high-pressure air blowerintroduces a robust stream of air into the grinding mill, with this airflowtransporting the crushed materials to a classifier, where the high-speed impellercarefully evaluates the airflow: Unqualified particles are skillfully redirected back to the mill for further grinding, while qualified particles are seamlessly integrated with the air, transitioning into the cyclone powder collector.The majority of qualified powders gracefully descend and exit through the discharging valvestationed at the bottom. A select portion of the finest powders accompanies the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. These then descend due to the sudden vibration from high-pressure gas emitted by the pulse valve, ensuring efficient material packing. The filtered clean air is subsequently released through the muffler air outlet.
