Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously engineered with a robust standard configuration comprising a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and durable pipes. For enhanced versatility, optional accessories include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder, ensuring a customized solution tailored to your specific needs.
The process begins with large materials being expertly crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle sizes. These are then seamlessly conveyed by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, from where they're evenly and continuously fed by a vibrating feeder into the main grinding unit. The finely grinded powder is then whisked away by airflow from the blower to the classifier for precise classification. Particles that meet quality fineness are guided into the cyclone collector for separation and collection, emerging as finished products at the discharging valve. The entire airflow system remains a sealed circulation, cleverly maintained under both positive and negative air pressure for optimized performance.
