What is YGM Raymond Grinding Mill

The Raymond mill is a pivotal component in the powder production line, adept at grinding ore materials. It finds extensive applications across diverse sectors such as metallurgy, construction, chemicals, and mining.

The Clirik enhanced roller grinding mill is adept at processing a broad spectrum of non-flammable, non-explosive mineral materials. With Moh's hardness rating of less than 6 and humidity below 6%, it is extensively utilized in metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, and highway construction. The finished powder size granularity is adjustable between 50 and 325 meshes. The mill processes a variety of materials, producing outputs from 315 to 45 microns. It handles quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramics, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal, among others, totaling around 400 different materials.
 

Working Principle of YGM Raymond Grinding Mill

The process initiates with large materials being crushed by a jaw crusher to requisite particle sizes. These are then transported via bucket elevator to the storage hopper and fed evenly into the main unit for grinding. The resultant powder is conveyed by the blower's airflow to the classifier for segregation. Suitable particles enter the cyclone collector, being separated and collected there, and discharged through a valve as finished products. Airflow is recirculated in a sealed system under positive and negative air pressure.
