Our Hammer crusher is ingeniously constructed with a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is divided into upper and lower sections, welded with precision from steel plates. High manganese steel liners within the frame are replaceable upon wear, ensuring longevity. Rotors, featuring turn plates, pin shafts, and strategically grouped hammers, are driven by a motor to rotate swiftly within the crushing chamber. Centrifugal force propels the hammers outward, impacting, cutting, and grinding large materials fed through the inlet. This results in a refined, smaller size, optimized for your needs.

Crushed materials that meet quality standards are efficiently screened and exit through the grate bar gaps. Materials not meeting the standards remain in the crushing cavity for further processing until they reach the desired size. Adjusting the grate bars allows for precise control over the final product size, while the rotor to grate bar gap can be tailored to specific requirements.
