Working principle of Barite stone powder grinding machine
After being crushed by a hammer crusher, large materials are transformed into smaller pieces and transported to the storage hopper via elevator. They are then evenly distributed to the upper plate of the turn plate by a vibrating feeder and a sloping feeding pipe. During operation, the main bearing and dials are powered by an electromotor through a reducer, and all grinding rollers revolve in the ring channels driven by the dial via plunger. The materials, propelled by centrifugal force, are directed to the edge of the turn plate, descending into the grinding chambers. A high-pressure air blower continuously draws in air, with the airflow containing the crushed materials directed to the classifier. The high-speed impeller screens the airflow: particles not meeting the required size fall back for further grinding, while qualified particles mixed with air proceed to the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders exit through the discharging valve, while a small portion of fine powders is carried with the airflow to the dust cleaner. Finished powders from both processes are conveyed for packing, and filtered clean air is released from the muffler at the end.
